Feb 15th – I know this is early for Mothers Day – but honestly I think Mom’s need to be honored every day of the year. At least that is my attitude now that I am a mom. Once my daughter was born I think I had a whole new appreciation for my mom. I tell her that all the time… and am still amazed at the sacrifices she made for me and my siblings. In honor of that and upcoming Mothers Day - meet my new creation…. The “I ‘heart’ Mom” collection. It is a new twist on the typical tattoos you see men sporting. A cute heart appliqué composed of Amy Butler fabrics from her lotus collection (one of my favorites) with a tag sewn into the heart made from midori silk ribbon with the tidings “Mom” written on the ribbon…. If it couldn’t get any cuter- I even added a modified ruffled bottom to the onesie by sewing strips of coordinating fabric in a folded pattern. These will fray at the edges adding to that custom boutique feel.

I am so super pleased how my latest creation came out. I love this little birdie onesie and the back is so cute as well with a little heart applique and a "bebe" tag in silk ribbon. Your little wee one will look so cute coming and going! If you need a different size just let me know - I have one other applique waiting for a shirt. I added to my collection... I am so excited about these items. Cutest cherries all hand appliqued by me!! I have Cherry Tree's, cherries, barrettes, bibs and burp cloths all handmade unique items! The cutest little girl in the world modeling this line is my daughter- and no she doesn't come with the items!!
