Our newest addition to our shop entitled "Fawn over me". This sweet collection features our original artwork in beautiful shades of teal, raspberry and lime. Have you ever wondered when someone walks past your baby and doesn't "ooh... and ahh"? Well... this collection is sure to grab their attention and say "HEY YOU, fawn over me!" Our image of our little fawn and references to "baby Deer (Dear)" and "Doe a Deer" add to the whimsical feel of this layette. PLUS... we are adding coordinating baby slippers to match. We are finalizing the pattern still, but these are turning out super cute! Get a sneak peek here with one of our "OOPS" booties. We have to make a few oops to perfect the pattern, sizing, and sewing issues before we will release these to our wonderful customers! Enjoy, and please let me know what you think! I'm dieing to hear feedback on this set.
I have been contemplating expanding my collection to include toddler clothing - specifically little girl dresses and tops! When I came across this absolutely FABULOUS new fabric designer JOEL dewberry - I figured this would be my opportunity! To invest in whole bolts of fabric for my Mommy run shop is such a big investment for me! So... I have been waiting for something I just truly LOVE! That way if it doesn't sell - I know I will use it for myself and LOVE it!! I honestly don't think I'll have problems with this designer collection! I can't wait to get it in my hands - Ordered and hopefully here in two weeks - I apparently made it in the first shipment from the manufacturer - YEAH!!! So keep your eyes out and subscribe to a feed of my blog if you want to know when it hits the store!!

I am so excited!! I absolutely love Japanese fabric - I have wanted to use it in my shop for sometime now - but as pricey as it is - I haven't been able to work it in - without breaking the bank - or charging a fortune!!! Well.. I finally got a great idea where I can incorporate it and get my customers some fabulous japanese prints - that won't break the bank! These are two coming to me as we speak all the way from JAPAN! Yipee!!! I'll guess you will just have to wait and see what creations come of it - TRUST me - you will want to see these- The ideas are just flowing!!! I can't wait! 
I LOVE my NEW sewing machine... We'll it's really my Grandma's sewing the machine. You know the one she sewed all my quilts, sleeping bags and dresses on. This machine is the BOMB! It is a viking and comes with these Cams - I hope I spelled that right! Anyways... you can choose all these designer stitches... I absolutely love the sweet little scallops, but I am sure I will find uses for all the other stitches. This is my latest creation - fully utilizing the cute stitches I can do with my new machine - Grandma would be proud!
